Montania was passed in at $2.3 million and sold soon after for a undisclosed amount.

LOCATION: Situated only 20km West of Rockhampton and 20km from CQLX Gracemere Saleyards.
AREA: The land is Freehold country and is set on 23 titles with a total of 3,495 hectares (8,636 acres).
