INSPECTIONS MORNING OF SALE
The Royalla herd has a proud history stretching back around 60 years.
It began with a Shorthorn commercial herd at ‘Marellan’ in the 1950’s where sires included bulls from Weebollabolla.
In 1970 a bull was purchased from the famed Kaluga herd of the late Bruce Walker.
He was KALUGA FULBRIGHT and was ahead of his time with his carcase attributes.
Fulbright sired some of the original Marellan SFA cows.
He was used very successfully over daughters of a Weebollabolla commercial bull purchased for the Marellan commercial herd in 1967.
The forty years of the studs has seen a strong influence over the Shorthorn breed and the commercial beef industry as well as numerous Royal Show Champions and sale toppers.

LOT 1 ROYALLA DILBERT V131 (P) A structurally sound, easy doing young sire.
LOT 2 A slick, rich red by the super breeding sire, Marellan Yeoval Eagle. Isobel L019 is a top donor with sons in many herds.
LOT 3 A standout of his drop. By Eagle once again with the bonus of his dam being sired by Rockstar.
LOT 5 Moderate framed and easy doing. Chock full of weight and carcase.
LOT 6 Possibly the last natural Rockstar bull to sell. He shows why he was so successful. Correct and easy doing.
LOT 11 Heifers first calf. Roan and soft fleshed.
LOT 20 Is sired by the Interbreed Champion from Beef 21. We have exhibited interbreed at Beef once, runner up three times. Interterbreed at Sydney twice and Melbourne 4 times. The bulls are run on grass, to perform on grass. All vaccines for 3day, 3germ, 7in1, Vibrio and Pesti.
