Looking back at Royal Ascot 2006
Today is a great opportunity to look back at my brush with Royalty.
With people all over the world watching the Royal Wedding of Harry and Meghan today?
On the Saturday, we went to Royal Ascot for the running of the Queen Elizabeth Stakes 2006.
Royal Ascot racecourse is amazing in size – it backs on to the parklands of Windsor Castle, and there is approximately 5 levels to the main grandstand. I had Premier tickets which gave us access to the best, viewing areas but not the Royal enclosure.
Princess Beatrice of York and her mates were also in attendance at Royal Ascot on the day.
