What a great experience to take all of your family and your grandchildren on a holiday to Japan where you’ll find Tokyo Disneyland and Tokyo Disney Sea the parks are very family orientated there’s a couple of setbacks like trying to get a cup of coffee and something to eat.

This is Christmas Day and yes, our Christmas lunch was a dumpling and a cold drink which took 2 1/2 hours to find yes, it is a big drawback to food side of things at both parks.
But the themes and the atmosphere make up for the drawbacks on the food and the coffee. The kids have a ball plenty to do plenty to see. I must mention the lines to get in they are long and waiting times for shows are up to 180 minutes.

If you’re wondering if Tokyo Disney Resort are worth it when traveling to Japan, the short answer is yes. There is a reason Tokyo DisneySea is considered the best Disney park in the world. Both parks were wonderful, with fun rides, incredible design.
Neither Tokyo Disneyland nor DisneySea is definitively "better"—it depends on your group: Disneyland offers classic Disney magic, ideal for families with young kids (Pooh's Hunny Hunt, parades). DisneySea, unique in the world, provides a more immersive, mature, and adventurous experience with better dining and thrills (Tower of Terror, Journey to the Center of the Earth, new Fantasy Springs). Choose Land for nostalgia/kids, Sea for unique theming/adults, but ideally, visit both.
