Sale was a Million Dollars up on last year.

Australian Brahman Breeders Association general manager, John Croaker, said the sale was a great result.
"I am very happy, and it is testament to the quality of Brahman cattle and the faith commercial cattlemen have in Brahmans to deliver the industry needs," he said

Ron Pelling and his Lot 56 Willtony Stetson shook the rafters when the hammer came down at $70,000 and the buyers were Kelvin and Margaret Maloney, Kenilworth Brahmans, Mt Coolon.

The $60,000 Yoman 2325/3 offered by Stewart, Stephanie, Nobbs and family was late on the final day of the sale and was bought in partnership by Tarsh and Mark Allen, Kariboe Valley stud, Thangool and Leonie and Allan Trail, Elmo Red Brahman stud, Baralaba.
Yoman sold 15 bulls to average $18.500

Ooline Reds averaging $9111 with a top of $20,000 for Ooline Manuel selling to the Radel family, Kandoona Brahmans.
Scott Angle Glengarry had a good sale selling 24 Lots to average $ 8200. Top $22.000.
Fairy Springs Brahmans had a good sale topping at $20.000

Sale summary
• Overall 778 bulls sold to average $7396
• 328 red Brahmans sold for a top price of $60,000, average $7908
• 450 grey Brahmans sold for a top price of $70,000, average 7032
• 96% Clearance.
• John Croaker also reminded us that the Australian Brahman Breeders Association will host the 2016 World Brahman Congress in Rockhampton over five days from May 16 to 21, next year.
